1. Services

Aurora Edge provides website development, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AI automation, digital marketing and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are defined in the written quote or proposal you approve before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payment

  • Quotes are fixed for the scope described and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Projects typically require an advance to commence, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed schedule.
  • Recurring services (maintenance, SEO, ads management) are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing content, approvals and access (hosting, domain, Google accounts) when requested. Delays in these may extend timelines. You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Ownership

On full payment, you own your website, content and domain (always registered in your name). We may retain and reuse general-purpose code libraries and techniques, and may reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. SEO & Marketing Results

We follow industry best practices, but search rankings, traffic and lead volumes depend on factors outside any agency's control — including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, and we recommend treating any agency's ranking “guarantees” with caution.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, or for downtime caused by third-party providers.

7. Website Content

Content on auroraedge.in is provided for general information and may change without notice. Pricing figures on our blog are indicative market ranges, not binding quotes.

8. Governing Law
